Our Policy

The following policies are in line with advice from Infection Prevention Australia

1. Risk assessment 

a. On the day of your booking you will be contacted and asked if you have any respiratory symptoms (dry cough, headache, widespread muscle pain, runny or stuffy nose, vomiting, diarrhoea) or returned travel from OS in the last 14 days (not interstate).

b. If the answer to any of these is YES, then you MUST NOT come for your appointment.

You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

c. You will be asked this again on arrival (and you may have your temperature taken).

2. Your Booking

a. The waiting room will be CLOSED.

b. Please wait in your car until you are called/texted for your appointment.

c. When you enter the clinic you will be required to perform hand hygiene (HH) with sanitiser provided.

d. You will then come straight into the treatment room and have your session.

4. At completion of treatment, you will dress, perform HH, provide payment and immediately exit the clinic.

5. Any follow up appointments will be made over the phone after the treatment.

After you've left

As usual, after you've left we will follow standard infection control procedures including changing towels, wiping down of all surfaces with disinfectant and performing HH before and after treatment.
